Keeping the next step manageable
Pick one part of the suggestion you can realistically do, then decide when to try it. Passing or adapting is fine. The collection offers everyday prompts rather than a treatment plan or a promise of changing your life.
Results during a long session
The matching prompt collection is used before a new round begins. Narrow categories have fewer choices, and reloading starts a fresh session. Copy any result you want to keep outside the page.
A larger collection of small activities
The current collection contains 128 individually written activities: 64 personal projects and 64 ways to connect with others. These are optional ideas rather than a treatment, a productivity programme or a promise of change. Skip anything that does not fit your circumstances. Matching activities rotate before another round begins.
Common questions
Does it track a daily streak?
No. It returns ideas on demand and does not record completion, habits or personal progress.
Do I need an account or enter personal details?
No. The tool runs in this browser. It does not save a profile or your answers, and optional Analytics does not collect generated results.
No account is needed. Inputs and results stay in your browser; optional analytics counts usage without collecting them.
