How to use this generator
- Choose a body focus or leave it random.
- Use Advanced options for strength or mobility, available equipment and session duration.
- Read the whole session, set up stable equipment, and follow the movement instructions at a comfortable pace.
Examples
- A sit-to-stand movement uses a firm chair without wheels, with controlled standing and sitting.
- Choose a 10-minute session for the short format; longer options add comfortable walking time.
What a generated session contains
The short format combines a two-minute warm-up, two rounds of three movements with rest, and a two-minute cooldown. Longer selections add comfortable walking. Duration is approximate: take more rest when needed rather than rushing to fit the clock. Each movement includes setup, technique and an easier option.
Equipment and matching sessions
Basic equipment uses a stable chair or wall where specified. Selecting weights means weights are available, so basic sessions can still appear. Some body focuses have mobility sessions only; restrictive combinations can have no matches. Use Clear filters to broaden the pool.
Suitability and source demonstrations
These are general adult ideas, not rehabilitation or a personalized training plan. NHS demonstrations support individual movements, not these exact generated sessions. Keep the area clear and move within a comfortable range. Stop for pain, dizziness or feeling unwell; ask a qualified professional if unsure about suitability.
Common questions
Does a longer session add more repetitions?
The longer formats add comfortable walking to the short routine. Do not increase repetitions just to fill the selected time.
Is this tailored to my fitness or health?
